Natalie is trained as one of the first Nurture Neuroscience Practitioners, bringing over a decade of experience as a trauma therapist specializing in attachment to her work with families. She is especially skilled at identifying underlying generational patterns that keep parents feeling stuck. She combines high nurture sleep support with a deep understanding of how early experiences and belief systems shape both parent and child. She has additional training on infant sleep through Bebo Mia with Greer Kirshenbaum.
Natalie is also a Mother Hunger Trained Facilitator.
She enjoys supporting families who are breaking cycles, welcoming a new sibling, or seeking a more intuitive and holistic approach to sleep. She is especially passionate about helping families find creative solutions to optimize sleep, even in the most challenging seasons.
Natalie is driven to help parents feel more confident and connected to their instincts. As a mother of two highly sensitive little ones with varying sensory needs, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.

Gabrielle is trained by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum and Dr. Rocio Zunini as one of the world's first Nurture Neuroscience Practitioners. Gabrielle has obtained the title of "Endorsed Sleep Consultant", meaning she has completed a supervised internship with Dr. Kirshenbaum and Dr. Zunini to confidently conduct sleep consultations following the Nurture Neuroscience protocol.
Gabrielle proudly offers a free (optional) introduction call and 2 weeks of follow up email support/coaching in her consultation package, in addition to a face-to-face 60-90 minute video session.
Gabrielle is also a mom to a wonderful toddler who has never slept the way the internet said he "should", and this has inspired her work as an attachment-focused, high nurture professional (and parent!).
Gabrielle is particularly passionate about supporting and advocating for families as they navigate possible "red flags" and physical sleep disruptors in their babies.

Meet Hayley and Erin: twins, mothers, and early childhood experts, also known as "The Nurture Duo" on a mission to redefine sleep support. With a shared 'twin-tuition' for understanding human rhythms, they help parents move past cookie-cutter schedules and get to the heart of their baby’s unique needs. Together, they offer a compassionate roadmap for caregivers to feel regulated, confident, and deeply connected to their little ones.
Drawing on over two decades of professional experience in early childhood education, alongside their lived experience as mothers of four children with very different sleep needs, they empower caregivers to tune into their baby’s rhythms and trust their own intuition above all else.

Hayley has been working with families since 2014 as an Early Childhood Educator and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies in 2021.
Her passion for responsive, high-nurture parenting stems from both her professional background and her personal journey into motherhood.
Having experienced firsthand the overwhelm that sleep and developmental challenges can bring in the early days, she is committed to helping families feel more confident, informed, and supported.
