Parenting, postpartum, caregiving—it’s not just your brain in motion. Your body is adapting, your nervous system is rewiring. When we only work with the mind, we leave the body behind. Somatic therapy invites integration: brain + body + parent.
This means:
Your baby doesn’t just borrow your brain—they borrow your calm, your presence, your nervous system.
You don’t just manage symptoms—you transform from the ground up.
You move from surviving the days to being grounded in them.
A 1:1 session to calm and regulate your system when you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or shut down. We use breath, grounding, and gentle body awareness to bring you back to safety.
Your body changed. Your identity shifted. Your nervous system is still catching up. In this session, we help you reinhabit your postpartum body with kindness and clarity—so you feel grounded, strong, and whole.
When parenting brings up old wounds, this session helps you hold space for your inner child—through somatic tools, not just talk. This is deep healing work for those wanting to break cycles and create new patterns of safety.
This is for parents feeling stuck in survival mode. Together we build your nervous system’s capacity to return to rest and rhythm, even in the chaos. You’ll learn body-based tools to use anytime you feel dysregulated.
